Pre-registration are closed.

On-site registration desks will be available at the Rome Cavalieri Congress venue from Sunday, 29 August 2010 at 10:00.

Registration Fees

All fees are quoted in Euro inclusive of 20% VAT.
Full payment of registration is required to attend the IFA 2010 Rome Congress.

The registration fee for IFA Members and Non IFA Members includes:

• Attendance at scientific sessions and exhibition
• Printed Congress materials and Congress kit
• Congress programme refreshments
• Lecture on Italy on Sunday, 29 August 2010

• Cocktail Reception at the Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia on Monday, 30 August 2010
• Cultural Evening at the Auditorium Parco della Musica on Wednesday, 1 September 2010

The registration fee for Accompanying Persons includes:

• Lecture on Italy on Sunday, 29 August 2010
• Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception on Sunday, 29 August 2010
• Cocktail Reception at the Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia on Monday, 30 August 2010
• Cultural Evening at the Auditorium Parco della Musica on Wednesday, 1 September 2010
• Half day Tour "Hop On Hop Off City Tour - Explore Rome at Your Own Pace"

Additional payment is required for:

• Gala Event Evening at Villa Miani on Thursday, 2 September 2010
• Tickets must be purchased prior to event and are available at € 99.00.
• Tour programme fees (individual tour fees outlined in tour programme section of Invitation Programme) and/or other miscellaneous expenses.

Registration Categories

IFA Members
IFA membership numbers must be noted in the appropriate area of your online registration or on the registration form. IFA members will receive the 2010-Cahiers covering the General and Branch Reports on Subjects 1 and 2 of the Rome Congress, as well as the 2009 Yearbook. Moreover, IFA members will have access to the Congress Documents Database on the secured section of the IFA website (www.ifa.nl).

Non IFA Members
Non IFA members are welcome to participate in the 2010 Annual Congress in Rome and are also welcome to apply for membership prior to registering for the Rome Congress. For additional information, please visit IFA at www.ifa.nl. Non IFA members will not be supplied with the 2010-Cahiers or the 2009 Yearbook, and will also be subject to an increased Congress registration fee.

Accompanying Person
N.B.: Definition of an Accompanying Person is "a Participant's spouse, partner, child or other personal relation who does not have a business or scientific interest in the Congress.”

For security reasons, Participants and Accompanying Persons will be required to wear their Congress badges at all times during the Congress, social events and tours. Children are not permitted to attend Congress scientific sessions, social events or tours unless registered as an Accompanying Person.

Only registered Participants will be entitled to attend the scientific sessions of the Congress. Only registered Participants and registered Accompanying Persons will be admitted to the Social Programme Events or permitted to book tours available through the Congress Tour Programme.

Registration Payment

Payment can be made as follows:

  Important:
  - a copy of the bank transfer must be sent together with the registration form,
  - all charges related to payments through bank transfer must be covered by participants,
  - the name of the participant must be clearly indicated on the bank transfer.

Registration forms not accompanied by payment will not be taken into consideration.

Confirmation

• Confirmation of payment will be sent to the participant via e-mail immediately if registering online, paying by credit card.
• Confirmation of payment will be sent to the participant via e-mail within 5 days of receipt of payment if registering online, by regular mail or by fax but paying by bank transfer or indicating the credit card number on the registration form.

The IFA 2010 Rome Congress Secretariat will carry out registration procedures and will then issue the official confirmation letters and invoices upon receipt of payment. Please bring a copy of the confirmation letter with you to the Congress.

No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of the appropriate payment.

Cancellation Policy and Refund (Congress registration, Social programme and Tours)

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the IFA Rome Congress Secretariat and are liable to the following refunds:

• Up to 23 July 2010 full refund less handling fee of € 100.00 (VAT included)
• After 23 July 2010 no refund

All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the Congress.
